I cannot express how grateful we are for the services Dusty provided. We were looking at a commercial property and already had a recent inspection provided by the seller--from a different inspector. There was nothing major in that previous inspection that would be cause for alarm.
Given Dusty's excellent reputation and experience with FEMA, we decided hire him for an inspection. Dusty inspected the property and he was very quick to point out among other things, that one of the buildings needed a new roof- something the seller's inspection left out entirely. Because of his expertise, Dusty truly saved us over $30,000 as the seller has since agreed to complete all repairs in accordance with Dusty's report.
This is the best money we could have spent and we would recommend that anyone trust Dusty to give honest and reliable information. His experience and reputation are second to none.

if you have any doubts about hiring dusty as your home inspector let me erase them for you, this is the guy you want doing your inspections.
