J&P Home Inspections with 27 years experience strives to provide a full Home Inspection which includes a comprehensive visual inspectionof the interior and exterior of the home looking at over 1,400 different items. We test and inspect all accessible components of the home.  Then input our findings into a report that is honest and easy to understand with full pictures for easy reference. We base our pricing on total square footage of the home and do not charge extra to inspect pools,attics,roofs or crawlspaces.
