Was looking for an experienced home inspector near Ellijay, GA. After interviewing several companies, selected Georgia Premiere Home Inspections. John had the necessary certifications and expertise and his previous construction experience was a definite plus. He explained everything and really made us aware of both the good and potential problem areas in the home we were considering purchasing. Final report thorough and delivered on time. Because of John's inspection report were were able to get the insurance company to take a second look which resulted in us getting the funds required to get damage to our cabin by Irma repaired. The insurance company was not willing to send someone to check out the structural damage until we took it upon ourselves to get it inspected. Many thanks to John for his quick and professional handling of our inspection.
