Being under a time crunch approaching the end of our second 'house-hunting' trip to Qualicum/Parksville, we were very appreciative of John being able to conduct his inspection on less than 1 days notice. Onsite first thing in the morning, he was able to give us a thorough report with explanation while patiently answering all our questions before noon which enabled us to finalize our decision that day. We were very pleased with the WETT Level 2 inspection service provided by John D'Aigle on a wood burning fireplace/masonry chimney, as well as a wood burning stove/superpipe chimney. We needed a really quick response time due to a subject removal deadline crunch, and John rearranged his schedule to accommodate us, even travelling over to Port Alberni to do so. John's reports - both verbal update and formal written reports - were easy to understand and follow along, and provided us with exactly the information we needed to be able to move forward confidently with our home purchase, knowing exactly what we needed to budget for, and how to keep our family and home safe.
