As an Agent, I cannot tell Clients who to use for Inspections or direct then to anyone. If I could though, Jim Waddell's name would top the list! All Sales and Inspections have their own "ball of wax" to manuver. Jim was cool and professional while dealing with driving a long distance in 5 p.m. traffic, beginning work with the Buyer, and actually having the Seller call him and tell him to hurry up (that's a first!). He stayed focused and my Buyer was very pleased with his service and professionalism! He is always very prompt with returning the Inspection Report. The Inspection was out of town at 5:30 p.m. and we had the Report by 9 p.m. that night! Great job, Jim! Everyone appreciates you!
