I would absolutely recommend John; he was very thorough with his notes and findings.

I had no idea what to look for in a home inspection, but I knew I wanted someone that would be thorough and point out all the important information we needed to proceed with our proposed home purchase. JD delivered the information we needed and I feel we got so much information that will help us negotiate our decision. JD scheduled the appointment within a few days from when I called. I provide Kline Home Inspection my highest recommendation. Over the years I have had several home inspections and all failed in comparison to the inspection I received from Kline Home Inspection. Highly recommend attending the inspection in person. J.D. could not be more thorough and identified multiple issues which I had completely missed. Very impressed with the final formal document which was I utilized to have several of the issues corrected prior to closing. What I found most useful was J.D.'s explanation of the issues and how to properly address them. If there is something wrong with your house, J.D. will find it.

Kline was fabulous! He got our inspection done very promptly and provide a lot of detailed information in his report. He provided us with recommendations for other inspections that we would have never thought to do, which were extremely important in helping us to make a decision on our home. He even provided recommendations on how to properly care for certain items on the property. We used him for rural property and he gave very detailed information. He was able to give us some detailed recommendations on the foundation of the home, grade, and drainage. He got up on the roof, which was important to me because my previous home inspector on my old home did not do this. I think he is top notch and will use him again if I ever need another home inspection. I would also recommend him to everyone I know. I really liked that I could have one individual do the home inspection and a radon test. The service was quick, accurate, and excellent. Thank you!

Very pleasant individual, very professional, very through, and very informative, VERY DETAILED REPORT WITH PHOTO'S, needed inspection and report by today and he got right on it, and had report to me by 7 pm.was very reasonable, inspection took 3 hours, JD done a wonderful job, and by being there during inspection, I'll have a better idea on where to look and what to look for at the next house. He saved me from purchasing a 162.000.00 money pit. Very grateful for that.

I have read the summary. When my wife first looked at this report see did not understand what a summary was. So everything is very fine and I would like to thank you. Every one should have an inspection report done prior to buying so the buyer knows if they should buy the house. This buyer because of the report, it proves that the selling was asking way to much for the house. It is of my opinion that this house will cost to much to repair.

Very good inspection report. Gave us a clearer view of what damage was really in this house. J.D. was very knowledgeable of what he was doing and did not rush through this procedure. He completely researched the entire house and took a lot of pictures for documentation. He was unable to complete the water inspection due to a water line break, so am unsure of total amount of damage to expect on this area.
Answered many of our questions and he very professional in both appearance and knowledge.
Personally, I did not understand the Summary page, as I did not see a quote "summary" of what was found. Maybe it is not required, I do not know.
Cost of inspection was very reasonable and in line with others. I would recommend him to anyone.
