To have just met Kenneth Rodriguez for the first time, I felt like I’ve always known him. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable about his entire process. I hope he didn’t mind as I followed him around with a pad and pencil being sure not to miss any pointers on what needed to be fixed or attended to. He was very detailed and patient as I scribbled everything down. He was throughly diligent and focused as he paced his inspection throughout the house that I was renting soon about to own in a matter of days. Kenneth showed me switches and I have not known for three years prior operated certain outlets, vents that should be opened that weren’t, and issues that may be minor to you but naturally need to be addressed now to prevent further issues. Overall I need to express highly how I would definitely recommend Kenneth because he definitely loves what he does and it shows. The report that comes along with the inspection is also very detailed orientated and spot on because it’s very much needed to explain necessary repairs. There are several reasons why I picked Loyalty Home Inspections, LLC, 1) It's a one man operation 2) Kenny is a Veteran and 3) his positive reviews. Being a first time home buyer I really didn't know what to expect with an inspection and with all of the information being handed my way I felt a little overwhelmed. Conducting business with Kenny put me at ease with this part of the process, he was timely in responding to texts or emails, which is greatly appreciated!
