Marc is extremely thorough in his inspections and covers every area of the house. He takes pictures of the good and the suspect areas plus clearly notes an issue if present. These are easy to read by clients which makes later conversations easier for any addendum. He also answers questions quickly to any point a layman might not understand. He is quick, professional, provides facts with pictures, and quickly gets his reports out.

He needs to be your first, last and only phone call. Absolute professional. He was wonderful explaining it all to two very nervous first time buyers. We happened to be in a time cruch and he more than exceed our hopes. We were able to beat the deadline and submitted our requests to the home owners. All of them were reasonable and health and safety issues. Despite the current tenants ?throwing a house party? while tried to do the inspection; he was able to communicate with them and even had them wanting to play song requests. The listing agent had once before cancelled on us and he juggled the schedules and worked it out. Can?t say enough great things about how he was able to work with us when others didn?t.
The report we were given was excellent. It had so many pages our printer ran out of ink. Super detailed where it needed to be and general where it didn?t. His book he gave us explained more than we knew we had questions about.
Seriously, why are y?all still reading this? Call them now and I guarantee you won?t be disappointed.

I would highly recommend Marc! When I first called him, he literally went into detail on what his price got you. Other companies that I called did not do that, so I was impressed with that! During the inspection, Marc would talk to my husband and I throughout the process and explain things. If we had questions, he gladly answered them. We had snow during our first inspection, so Marc could not get a good look at the roof. After the snow melted, I texted him asking if he had a chance yet to look at the roof again. Within 5 minutes of sending him a text in the late evening, he had it scheduled and headed out to look! I was expecting a few days, not an hour especially that late at night! We will be using Marc in the future if we ever need an inspector.
