Mike is extremely thorough and provides extensive photos and explanations of issues found throughout the house. He is very detailed in his descriptions and in his time spent both during the inspection and in his reporting. He also provides great explanation as to what the proper repair would be so that you then are able to assess how serious of an issue it may or may not be. He is not only the most thorough, but also the most reasonable on pricing... though he may not appreciate my saying that ;-)
