Scotty walks us through the house and explained each item he found, gave us suggestions of who to use that he trusted. Spend a lot of time both with the house we finally purchased and with another one that did have a lot of issues. Most definitely recommend him for anyone that needs a home inspection.

We didn't know where to find an inspector and I based my decision on location and ratings. I am thrilled with the results. Scotty knows what he's doing, he's very thorough and very fair.
