I feel Nick did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable and informative, making sure I understood thoroughly everything he was doing, and why things that were "tagged" where important to the safety of this home and it's occupants. The inspection was actually quite pleasant as Nick was not only very professional, but also just a really nice guy! Nick - please call me in regard to the comments on the garage in the back yard; It is not intended to be a garage but more of a storage and gardening shed. In the report it's misleading as the main garage does not have roof issues, but just needs some siding pieces replaced and to be painted. Can these two structures be described separately as two totally different and separate entities please? Thanks - Connie
