Rick and his son were very professional from the start. They explained what was going to take place before beginning. This was very helpful because my wife and I are buying from out of state and he made us comfortable knowing the job would be thorough. They also took the time to explain how certain aspects of the house worked that we were unfamiliar with. In the end, I felt the house recieved a very complete inspection. The report contained great quality photos and was well written. He and his son make a great team.
