I have an extensive background in construction and now inspection practices spanning 20 years. I was a licensed contractor in Nassau/Suffolk counties in New York (1984-1993). Then became a manager for The Home Depot and was involved in building several locations throughout Long Island (1993-2002). I then operated six WIN home inspection franchises (2002-2013). I then started New Home Inspection (2013-2016) and have since sold that business to a dear friend while relocating to Hawaii were I performed inspections from 2016-2021. I am now a licensed home inspector in Florida working in South East Florida.
I have also performed thousands of termite inspections in NY and was a Department of Environmental Conservation 7C licensed inspector.
I have always maintained Errors and Omissions insurance as well as General Liability Insurance and am proud to say have never had a claim against my E & O insurance.
