I have never had an inspection performed before but I must say Randy went above and beyond. The rate was very reasonable and I feel it was worth every cent, even with the home being purchased is brand new.
Randy took the time to go over all the small things with us, even advising that it would be worth it to put a little car wax on the plastic edge pieces on the windows that get the most sun light because they will fade over time.
He even took the time to take off electrical coverings to show us what was underneath. He was very knowledgeable on going over basic maintenance on the furnace, water heater, water softener and the sprinkler system.
I will definitely recommend Randy for home inspections.
