I Called Philco for a home inspection for a client. The clients asked to be present and Phillip said "no problem" He took the time to answer questions and go over details. He was very detailed and gave us some great information on the property. The report was complete and had several pictures which are very helpful for the clients to understand what the problems are. Phil was amazing and I would recommend him to anyone.
He came on time. Was very thorough in checking everything as promised. Very reasonable price, compared to any other home inspector I shopped for.
Took photos and explained everything. Even went through the crawl space. Took about 2+ hours to do inspection. Answered all questions very throughly and patiently. Checked all electrical sockets, washer, dryer, fridge, heater, cooler, windows, bathroom, garage, everything possible to inspect.
I would recommend him to everyone for their home inspector needs.
I am a first time home buyer and very satisfied with his work. He also charges $50 less for condominiums.
