John, the owner, is literally the best! He's super professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience as far as mold inspections go! I contacted him on a Thursday, he was doing the inspection on a Friday, and i had my lab results by Saturday. John had the lab results back within 24hours and even called me as soon as he had them to review them with me and make sure I could access the reports and understood how to read the charts and the findings. I would give him 100 star rating if it was an option

Last week (May 2016) Mr. Posiviata aka Poz did a home inspection for me here in Palm Beach County. Never in my life have I experienced such a thorough inspection, excellent reporting (even some things I didn't want to hear), and a detailed 59 page final document with photos which reflect the condition of the home I am purchasing. I have bought and sold many condos and houses in my life and have never had such a professional inspection. Highly recommend Poz as he is the best there is!
