My home inspection was great, it was handled very professionally. Every area of my home was inspected and explained as I went along with him. I am glad that I reached out to Mr. Walter for help with inspection of our new home. Mr. Walter meticulously inspected the new house and saved us $2000. A roof that had signs of moisture ended up costing $2000 to the seller to fix. The attic inspection revealed the problem even though the roof was done in 2015. I am satisfied by the professionalism and punctuality of Mr. Walter. I was also offered a $50 discount for the service. The 360 views helped us to understand the report in detail. All the recommendations in the report made logical sense and none of them were exaggerated.
I would highly recommend any new home buyer to seek help from Mr. Walter.

We worked with Walk twice (the inspection on the first home we looked at proved to be too much for us to take on at the time) and I would recommend him to anyone! Walt is, hands down, our go-to home inspector. I?ve been working with him since he started his business and I hope he never retires. Kidding. Not really. Okay, he can take one day a week off.

I own multiple properties and my usual guy was out of town. In a pinch I heard great things about Walt so I gave him a call. Even though he had a packed schedule, he made room for my 7 day window. He was there before our appointment and had many items of the inspection already completed before we got there to save us time. His explanations for every intricate question I had was answered. His years of experience and professionalism really shined throughout during the entire inspection. He spent over 4 hours answering my every question even though a usual inspection should never take that long. The craziest thing of all was that his granddaughter was born the morning of our appointment and he still made it because of our strict 7 day time limit. Walt did a very thorough inspection and explained each step as he went through the house. I was very impressed with the report he prepared, as he noted the deficiencies that he had described during the inspection, accompanied with detailed photographs depicting those deficiencies. Walt also took photographs of all the mechanical, electrical, and appliances, showing all model and serial numbers for future reference. Walt took 360 degree photos of the exterior of the house, as well as complete 360 views of the roof, and all interior rooms, basement, attic, and garage. I would highly recommend Walt for home inspections.
