When ever I need an Inspector I call the Budget office to be greeted by a very efficient, friendly voice. The scheduling is easy and very accommodating. The emailed report also allows you to do a repair list so only the repairs request can be sent to the other agent without sending the whole report. I have no suggestions for you as you did a very good job.
While you were in the attic did you notice if the house had hurricane straps? The insurance co. said there is a 25% discount if the house has these but it takes a hurricane mitigation inspection.

I didn't really think that I needed a formal "home inspection", but decided I would go along with the advice of my Realtor, since I had never had a professional home inspection before.
