Robert?s a great inspector who took the time to explain lots of things to me about the roof, air conditioning unit, and water heater. SouthPro Home Inspections "Saved" us from financial ruin, plain and simple! His amazing detailed thorough inspection from top to bottom unearthed about $75,000 of repairs we would have had to make, just to make the house livable. We knew we would had to replace the carpet, and paint the walls, but had no clue the foundation, HVAC, and the roof were so bad. A photo that described every individual item he saw was so helpful.

Mr. Luciano did an excellent job in being thorough and being very attentive to small details that had the potential to end up being big issues. His inspection report was very well put together and easy to understand. I had several friends that use to work construction review the report and they were also very impressed with the report. In the end, due to the report we decided not to purchase the property he inspected because he found a potential mold issue that I had not found while looking at the property.
