As I was doing a 'fast close' of an older home, he was sure to go through the major points of his inspection- even before his timely report arrived, so I could remove my inspection contingency on the sale contract. Relocating from a metro area of 2 million people to Greater Ridgecrest has been unnerving to say the least. It can be hard to find what I would consider 'true professionals' in any given field, or knowing who to trust.
