Norm is the man. Two things I look for in any service provider: Kindness & Competence. Norm's "off the charts" in both categories. He's inquisitive, thoughtful, and very down to earth. He's also very reachable (evenings/weekends), which is a huge plus when seeking maintenance/construction clarification to inform one of the biggest financial decisions of your life.
Norm goes above and beyond. He even offered to come back to our house after we close to run electricity to our garage free of charge! Ok, maybe not. ;)

Norm proved to be an amazing inspector on many different levels. He completed a thorough inspection of the house and explained as he worked, which was extremely helpful. His report was completed in 24 hours. We were able to call him with immediate response for any questions that arose. We had discovered leaking in the basement after a serious storm, and he was on location in less than an hour. He worked with us to make sure we were knowledgeable about all he found, and he communicated clearly and effectively. On top of all of this, he has a great personality and provides comic relief during this tedious and stressful process. Norm comes highly recommended!
