Bob comes highly recommend, I knew from the minute Bob walked onto the property I chose the right guy for the job. I have a solid background in construction but I wanted another set of eyes on the house. I didn't think there was someone out there as particular as myself. I found my match. For me and my wife it was a low cost investment when you're spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on a property. I knew right from the start Bob was going to dig in. If you're present during the inspection which I would suggest everyone does he's takes the time to explain every step of the way. Bob leaves nothing undone. As a tech geek I was very impressed with the thermal imagery. In addition, he gave me some suggestions that I hadn't thought of for the winter months. I E-mail several Home Inspectors the morning of Sept 2th, 2014 looking for someone to inspect a Town House Condo in Manchester, NH that I was had made a deposit on. Bob was the only one that replied that evening . Bob said that he could do it at noon that Friday, Sept 5th. Bob showed up as promised at ~ 11:55 am and he explained what the process would be and what order he does it in. Before he started, he asked to meet the owners who were at home and he explained the process to them too. Bob did a full inspection outside even though this was a Condo inspection and the fact that the HOA is responsible for the outside. He noted several items outside, i.e. some shingle curling, lack of lug bolts securing the deck to the unit, foliage touching the exterior, etc. He was very thorough inspecting the basement and the two floors above it. I tagged and he would explain items that were potential issues and answered any questions that I had. He promptly E-mailed the report less than 22 hours after he completed the inspection. Perhaps took a bit of a chance with someone just starting up in the area but that was quickly dismissed. A review of online info and an immediate call back to discuss how best to proceed made it a simple and easy choice to get this part of the purchase done.
