I was really impressed with the expertise and knowledge of both Scott and his partner and son, Jake. They thoroughly inspected the home and not only gave me a printed copy of the repairs, but went through the report in detail with me explaining what needed to be done. An added plus, is this process online of being able to write up a checklist of suggested repairs that can be attached to our NC & SC Repair Addendums. With Scott's 22 years experience in the business and with Jake, being at one time, the youngest SC inspector, their professionalism and service was excellent. This will be one of many inspections I use them for.

Scott is the most professional and thorough home inspector that I have ever used. He takes time to sit down and explain how the report works and its content before you even get close to looking at your individual report. He goes over the report page by page and answers any questions that you may have. When you have questions about specific things no matter how big or small, he takes the time to go back and investigate the issue before giving you any form of feedback or direction.
Buying a new home can be stressfull enough. He ensures that when you leave the summary assessment, that you feel confident and informed.
I can not tell you enough how important I felt when I left that inspection. I didn't feel like just another client, I felt like his only client.

He explained the system he uses and also my report prior to sending it to me. All the pictures and descriptions are easy to understand.
