Steve is very friendly and responsive. Getting a quote and scheduling is easy. It was nice they had Saturday hours so that we could attend the inspection. He explains everything during the inspection and allows you to follow him around to ask questions. The only reason for not giving him 10 stars is I found the description of locations in the report to be a bit confusing (using terms like left and right without giving a starting perspective, i.e. left from entering the crawlspace or from facing the front of the house).
