Robert leaves no stone unturned - is very thorough - and sincere, engaged, and realistic. If something is not as it should be it doesn't necessarily mean you shouldn't buy the property - Robert offers suggestions for repair or maintenance to mitigate future issues. Having this kind of knowledge helps one determine feasibility of replacement, repair, or realistically whether it's a worthwhile purchase despite any adverse discoveries. In other words, common sense prevails and Robert is a common sense kind of guy!

Bob did a great job! He arrived on time, looking very professional, and was very patient and helpful with all of our questions. He was highly communicative via email, which made life easier for me so I could contact him on my schedule. His report was so thorough! We included the photos and his descriptions in a request for repair assistance to the home sellers, and they agreed to help us out--I really think all those photos were crucial in illustrating to the sellers what needed to be done. I am also really glad we ordered the extra asbestos test after Bob spotted some suspicous-looking insulation--it came back postive and we are going to get it professionally removed. That gives me peace of mind. Bob, we would recommend you again and again! Thanks!

When one has found perfection, there is no point in looking further. Robert Smith is by far the best home inspector! The report we received was not only informative, but written in such a way that even a novice homeowner would be able to understand what the potential problems are for the home and easily take the appropriate corrective and preventative steps.
