Having used Matt for two homes, I can tell you he is worth every penny. The first inspection found hidden dangers in a house that looked great and the second gave me a realistic picture of what state the house is in. He was incredibly patient, took his time to explain everything and answered all questions. He helped me think out issues and really understand what I was looking at.
