Thomas was very thorough with the walk through of my new construction home. He took the time to explain the things he looks for and why they would be concerning, and he showed the emergency shut off valves and explained safety measures for all major components (a/c, gas, electrical, water). I felt very at ease and confident he would be as thorough and honest in his review and feedback as I'd hoped. He walked my roof and attic, took detailed pictures and even short videos of a few things to show where they are/how they function, and included them in the report for future reference. I absolutely recommend Thomas Ailstock to anyone searching for a great home inspector!
