Very professional inspection that was critical to the decision to purchase an existing home with a stucco facade. Chuck was thorough and responded to my request for an inspection is a most timely manner. For those living in the Mobile area, he is one of the few licensed stucco inspectors serving the area. Chuck is the best there is! I needed an EIFS inspection ASAP and not only did he drive several hours next day but he responded to my request instantly late at night to make sure I knew he was going to work me in. I met him at the home and he walked through with me in detail about all potential issues. He could have just told me to look at the report and call with questions but he went the extra mile to make sure I knew he did an elite job inspecting my future home and also answered any and all questions I had. I wouldn’t even consider going with another inspector besides Chuck. He’s the best there is and his customer service is just as good as his excellent craftsmanship!
