Taylor Inspection Services, Inc. has been very flexible and accommodating by moving requested inspection based on unforeseen builder delays. The Pre-Drywall Inspection was very through with multiple pictures. Steve Taylor was available for follow-on phone conversations to answer any questions and clarify any concern on findings. Online portal was very easy to access inspection reports and create a list to forward to the builder for repair.

Steve did an extremely thorough job of inspecting important details and documenting everything. He use infrared technology to test heat, water temps, and AC. He used clear language and even explained where there is a discrepancy in allowable common practice vs. best practice. All of these details were very helpful in guiding me on what repairs to request of the seller. Also, Maria was responsive and helpful before the inspection in educating us on their process, setting an appointment quickly, and staying in communication. I would definitely recommend them!
