Professional and down to earth. Talked and explained everything that he was doing clearly without jargon. Described what improvements and update to make to the home, as well as what could wait and what needed to be done right away. Within 24 hours we had the inspection report from him and it was simple and easy to understand. Willing to access and look at the home as a whole. If he could get in the space he would. A previous inspector did not go on the roof and in a crawl space of my first home, We found problems at a later time.
