How do I remember Doug Robbins???? Because that is the man that did the Inspection, not Tom Ruemenapp. Doug is GREAT, very courteous to us all, very helpful to us all in answering our questions, and offering suggestions. Doug was extremely thorough in his 3 1/2 hours at a home without a basement. After his inspection, I met with Doug outside, where he filled me in on items that needed attention,while pointing out the home was wonderfully maintained ,but a few things should be done soon, and then kept up to speed on a regular basis.There was one(1) code problem(cat run through the wall leading to the garage), which I will see to getting done before I occupy the home. Other than that, the home is beautiful and spotless, and should be a pleasure to live in and maintain. I will refer Doug and "Big Moose" to ALL!!!! Jim Maniere Buyer's Agent for this property. MANY THANKS!!!!!!!

We have moved many timesthroughout the years and have had to purchase more homes then most people. We have had quite a few home inspections and we would like to say Tom Ruemenapp did the most professional and thorough home inspection we have ever had done.. The inspection was performed in the middle of winter and Tom still got on the roof and completed other parts of the inspection that most inspectors would have just bypassed. Tom did not miss a thing.
