Trevor was very thorough with the inspection. He pointed out every little thing that may need to be fixed from things that I could do myself to the bigger issues that would need professional work. He checks every outlet, every light switch, all the appliances and toilets. He walks the entirety of the property outside to verify that there is nothing of major concern. He has a drone to see the roof on two story homes as well. Very good inspector, if we don't end up in this home, I will request for Trevor to inspect the next one as well.

Punctuality: check -Trevor arrived on time. I really appreciated that since I had to arrive to work at a certain time. Investigaton of property: exceptional - Trevor thoroughly inspected the property. Communication: excellent - He explained his findings of the property in layman terms during the inspection process. Cost - reasonable and fair when one considers the cost of investing\buying a home. Coordination with other inspector: efficient - My lender required a termite inspector for the property.
