Guiding Light is the perfect name for this company. Making a home purchase can be stressful, but knowing any potential issues or problems that may be on the horizon is critical to making a good buying decision. Vince not only provided peace of mind, but took the time to make certain I understood the concerns he noted in his report. There was snow on the roof which limited his ability to inspect it thoroughly. He came back out a second time once the snow melted to provide a complete report. Now that's what I call going above and beyond. Guiding Light is a great choice to make when you need a home inspection.

We've used Guiding Light twice now for our home inspections and Vince was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. He found and pointed out things that we would not have known to check or wouldn't have known was a cause for concern without his expertise. The report was a very thorough 70-page document that listed out everything that was inspected, including pictures. We even called him the next day with some follow-up questions and he promptly returned our call and answered them for us.
