Very impressed with William. Very thorough inspection. House had been inspected the month before William inspected it. William found several very important safety issues that were not noted on another inspectors prior report. William found a gas leak and faulty, unsafe wiring and grounding issues just to name a few.

I appreciated this inspection very much. Having clear pictures of the areas of concern with the highlighted descriptions was useful and I could understand the extent of wear and damage. The report is well organized and thorough giving a nice summary at the end to begin prioritizing repairs. I liked how William took his time to listen to concerns and give his insights on factors to consider with repairs. I have a strong sense that he puts great care into his work for home buyers
