Phil and his team provided a thorough inspection. They answered my questions about aluminum electrical wiring and iron plumbing, which I had not calculated into purchase price. They also determined the windows were inoperable due to over caulking. They pointed out many other problems in the electrical system, irrigation system, plumbing and moisture problems. Many unprofessional fixes were dangerous, insufficient or temporary at best.

I flew in from out-of-state for the inspection of a home we wanted to purchase.
