Billy made it easy to schedule an appointment and was upfront with his fees. He arrived early, moved slow enough to pay attention to detail but fast enough to avoid having us stay there all day. He was inspecting a 1,000 sq.ft. home I wanted to buy as a rental, and even after we learned there were fleas in the home he stayed to complete a thorough inspection although I quickly left the home and waited in the car. His report was filled with clear pictures featuring arrows to highlight key points and clearly articulated recommendations and key findings so that even I-an amateur-can clearly understand them. The report came exactly when he said it would. He is a courteous and thoughtful professional that takes intimidation out of the inspection process and the home buying process in general. I highly recommend him.

The first time that I worked with Mr. Minter, it was the first time purchasing on my own so i had my Dad there also (he builds homes, repairs, does it all- with high standards & expectations) to make sure my end was covered. Right away, I could tell that Mr. Minter was on point. First clue, he had no problem with my Dad looking around, asking questions, pointing things out and allowing him to be involved- he understood the purpose of my Dad being there. By the time it was all said and done, My Dad put the stamp of approval on Mr. Minter! My Dad said that Mr. Minter knew what he was talking about, knew what to look for & took the time to explain as he went thru the house, and we all appreciated it! Fast forward (third home inspection with Mr. Minter, much time in between) to my recent Home Inspection- I called my Dad to see if he was going to be there, he asked if I hired Mr. Minter? When I said yes, he said "no I don't need to be there, you are in good hands." I couldn't be present due to work, but thought nothing about it- I knew his finding would be in the report & he would cover every inch! As I told Mr. Minter, if he was not going to be available for this recent inspection then I was prepared to ask for an extension from the seller. This is one of the most important steps in the home buying, remodeling process- and in hiring Mr. Minter, I know that I will be informed so that I can make a sound decision. Thanks Mr. Minter!

Mr. Minter was awesome! He is thorough & easy going. Mr. Minter was down to earth, answered questions & paid great attention to detail. I would recommend and reuse his service most definitely! My dad (who is a experienced builder) accompanied me during the inspection, and if he approves- then I knew I was in good hands. At the start of my inspection we realized that the water had not been cut on (that was a mess up on CPW's), Mr. Minter said that he would come back the following day to inspect the plumbing- he didn't charge me to do so but I paid him a little something anyways because he is so worth it! I had a list of inspectors to call and right away when I spoke to him- I had a good feeling about using his services, and I was more than right! Thank you Mr. Minter!
