I'd first like to clarify that while I personally do not have much experience in viewing home inspections, as I am currently serving as an Officer in the Military and this is my first home purchase; I absolutely know many people that do, all of whom both viewed this report and gave nothing but extremely positive remarks. Whether or not the sale of the home goes as planned, I cannot write a more positive review about Benjamin's inspection. My broker was able to schedule the visit quickly, Ben was both prompt and on time, and incredibly detailed. Of note; A full inspection report of 138+ pages and 750+ pictures of immaculate detail was given to me within hours of the completed inspection. The husband-wife team absolutely works to both their benefit and self-apparent success. All areas of the inspection were outlined, problems/issues were detailed in writing, and pictures were appropriately labeled. I would not want anyone else to inspect my future home, and will not in good conscience recommend anyone else to inspect potential buyer's or seller's homes in the Pacific Northwest. I will absolutely be giving Ben my business in the future. :)

Ben is the consummate professional. Upon arrival and after introductions, Ben explained everything that his inspection covers and what it doesn't which wasn't very much. And how long it typically takes which is just over three hours which it did. We went everywhere. He took over three hundred pictures of everything. The roof, siding, foundation, decks, breaker box, crawl space, attic, tested every electrical outlet he could find and on and on and on. I could not have been more pleased. And yes, he found problems. In less than twelve hours, we had his report. Easy to read and very concise. Lots of pictures. I would recommend Ben to anyone looking for an Inspector in a New York minute.
