Not responsive. Did not issue a invoice receipt. I followed up many times but no success. I do not recommend him.

Gerald performed a very thorough inspection and he was very clear as to the minor issues the townhouse had. He answered all questions asked by me and my buyer, he also gave my buyer an in-depth explanation as to why the issues occurred and how to cost efficiently fix them.
