This is my second Wind Mitigation I had done, one almost ten years ago and now this one. Michael's report I feel is even better then the first. He covered more things that had been done to make my house safe from storms. The photographs he took were great and very understanding at what you were looking at. Good clear photos of all the labels showing the ratings of the windows, doors and panels that cover some of the windows and also the material that covers my front door. The drone photos of my roof got good angles of my roof. Even though the report was complex and long, he got the report quickly back to me. This report was a second one for my insurance company and did not need a quick return around but Michael still gave me a quick turn around.
