Texas 7-3 update

TREC is at it again, with some required changes for inspectors in Texas. These changes must be implemented in Texas reports on January 1st, 2014 (and not before). We have an outline below on what current users need to do to get into compliance.

New Septic Systems Template

ah...Is that chestnuts roasting on an open fire? Jack Frost nipping at your nose? No, it's the all new Septic Templates in HomeGauge! The latest update to HomeGauge Software now includes templates for the Onsite Wastewater Treatment System Inspection (OWTS). We have two new templates at no charge for those who perform septic inspections. One is all inclusive for any septic inspection and includes the OWTS for real estate purposes. The second is a template dedicated to OWTS for real estate purposes that uses its own cover page.
