Per Report E&O + General Liability Insurance
If you're just getting started as a home inspector, be sure to take advantage of HomeGauge's E&O + General Liability Insurance — Per Report. We are making it more affordable than ever for new inspectors to start their business!
HomeGauge has partnered with a sister company to offer Errors & Omissions and General Liability insurance on a per-report basis for residential inspections of single-family homes, condos, and multi-family buildings of 4 units or less. Reports uploaded to HomeGauge within three days of an inspection are eligible for coverage, subject to the terms and conditions of the purchased policy.
Who can get covered?
All qualified HomeGauge inspectors who upload reports via the HomeGauge Dashboard in California, Georgia, Illinois, Missouri, North Carolina, Colorado, Oregon, and Wisconsin. Not in one of those states? Soon, all qualified HomeGauge reports in the US will be eligible. If you'd like to be notified when it's available in your state, please email extracare@homegauge.com.

HomeGauge passed a milestone this month with over 10 million inspection reports uploaded! (10 millionth report uploaded June 5, 2019.)
