We just hired our 20th employee, adding two more awesome people this week to help maintain our great customer support. We have more inspectors to help now because our sales have reached their highest levels ever! Is it because of our new CRL feature that is saving agents an hour or more per inspection? Is it because our software does more for inspectors? Could it be because we have geared our new Appointment Manager for multi-inspector firms? We are 20 employees strong and we know why. We are about ready to release an upgrade to our Android version of HomeGauge Companion, which is sure to save you more time and increase your reporting speed. We have re-worked the main report section navigation and the Styles/Materials so you can get the job done quickly. There's now a white background option for sunny days, and you can switch to the classic dark background if that's easier on your eyes. You will be able to download your online appointments from HomeGauge's Appointment Manager directly to your device, skipping the step of using your computer to do the transfer. Also, we are dropping the old Android menu (for supporting older versions of Android) and have moved to all on-screen menus — that means no more long presses of the "back" button for users with newer devices. You are going to be wondering where this version has been all your life. Here's a sneak peak:
We are closing in on the features that many home inspectors pay a per-report fee to our competitors to use. What's new at HomeGauge
We just integrated the Appointment Manager more directly with Google Calendar — now Google Calendar will update within 2 minutes of a schedule change! In addition, you can now see all the information from your appointment right in Google Calendar, which is great for inspectors on the move. Plus, to help you keep track of what's going on, we also added a history feature so you can track who made any appointment changes and when (great for admins or multi-inspector firms). We encourage you to take a look at it and see why our Appointment Manager is easier to use and is more efficient for your office.
